Procedure for Joining a Claim Party

1. Coordinate with friends to form a claim group and contact us through the designated email(twclaimparty1@outlook.com).

2. Specify your target item(s) in the email(twclaimparty1@outlook.com). We will endeavor to consolidate your request with other customers to form a viable claim party.

3. Upon confirmation of the claim party, a dedicated payment link will be issued to all participants. After all the payments are received, participants need only await the unboxing video and relevant screenshots, which will be provided as per the specified process.

Claim Party Rules

1. Livestream sessions will not process claim party orders. UFT or UTC is unavailable for the claim party order. Upon product arrival, the unboxing video will be sent to the designated email addresses of the claim party participants in approximately 3-4 days.

2. Claim party orders must not include items designated for livestream unboxing. However, such orders(claim party orders) can be combined with claim party orders and pre-orders from different dates(within 7 days) for free shipping.

3. All sales become irrevocable upon full payment for all boxes within the respective claim party. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained for any reason, including, but not limited to, change of mind, price fluctuations, and other analogous circumstances.

4. In the event that a secret item replaces a regular item, the claimant of the replaced design will automatically receive the secret item.

5. Blind box prices are subject to market fluctuations. Before ordering, customers must confirm the price through the corresponding email(twclaimparty1@outlook.com).

6. Store Credit cannot be used to pay for claim party orders and pre-order.
