2026.09.03 - Livestream Gifting Rules
Dear Toywizard Community,
We absolutely love the generous gifting between friends during our blind box unboxing streams! However, as the volume of gifted items increases, storing unboxed blind boxes for extended periods has become a challenge. Our storage space is limited, and keeping unclaimed gifts for too long increases the risk of items getting mixed up, misplaced, or lost.
To protect your valuable collections and ensure every item reaches its owner safely, we are implementing the following Gifting Policy:
- 3-Day Claim Rule: The recipient must place a new order in our store within 3 days of the sender's original order to claim the gifted items. Please ask our livestream host to take a screenshot of the gifted items along with your new order number for verification.
- Same Shift Orders: If the recipient already has an active order placed during the same shift when the gift is sent, we will automatically pack the gifted items into that existing order.

Unclaimed Gifts: Any gifted items that remain unclaimed (no new order placed by the recipient) after 3 days from the sender's order date will be donated to Toywizard's future events.

2026.04.23 - Updated UFC Rules
1. UFC and UFT from store orders can be held for 3 shifts.
2. One product can only be UFC 3 times.
3. Claim order cannot be UFC or UFT again.
4. Claim order that’s cancelled cannot be use to open same product unless go to the end of order line.
5. If your UFC item was claimed, you can get a new chance or open other products, but it’s not eligible for refund.
Updated Full Set UFC Rules
1.For a full set order, UFC for all boxes is allowed for one time only
2. When using chance/credit to open a full set, at least one box must be kept and not all can be UFC.
3. For the 3rd full set opening using chance/credit: all items must be kept.
