Blind Box Purchase & After - sales Notice(READ BEFORE PURCHASING)

1. Unboxing Video: Record full unboxing (outside package(tracking information)- unsealing - products) upon receipt. No video, No after - sales.

2. Blind Box: Due to the unique nature of blind box products, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed once the box is unboxed. Requests for refunds due to personal preferences or not receiving the desired style will not be accepted.Please note that blind boxes may have manufacturing defects such as uneven dyeing, minor scratches, paint loss, or air bubbles. These imperfections are a normal part of the production process, and we appreciate your understanding.

3. Official DefectsWe open bags in live by default, otherwise, no replacement of official defects.If there are dupes in the same sets, we will try to contact the manufacturer, but not all manufacturers are available for a replacement, thank you for your understanding.If the blind box or bag remains sealed, we will not be able to provide after-sales service for official defects. Because dealing with this problem requires the defective product to be sent back to the factory.

4. If your package has INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS issue, please contact us within 5 days from the receipt of our item, any request after 5 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact our customer service. Please include your order number, livestream screenshot, and unboxing video for any after-sale service.

5. Logistics Damage: If the outside packaging is severely damaged upon signing for the package, please take photos on - site, and feedback within 24 hours. Otherwise, the packaging will be deemed intact.

6. Special Items: Pre - sale/limited items ship on schedule. No order change, expediting, cancel or returns for not getting desired item or change of mind.

7. Store Credit: Store credit is non-refundable and can only be used to purchase products.

8. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering. Please note that if your order is from the TikTok shopping cart or TikTok Showcase, the request for address change must be submitted before we process your order.. Late requests cannot be accommodated, and we are not liable for errors.

Precautions

1. This product contains fragrance ingredients. Pregnant women and those sensitive to smells areadvised to purchase with caution.
2. Please use in accordance with the product instructions and keep away from high temperaturesand open flames.
3. Please prevent children from contacting the scent pad. If accidental contact occurs, rinseimmediately with plenty of clean water.
4. Do not swallow this product. If swallowed accidentally, seek medical attention immediately.
5. Do not place this product on or near airbags.
6. If the scent pad accidentally contacts plastic, leather, or metal parts inside (or outside) the car,please remove the scent pad immediately and wipe the contact area clean with a dry cloth toavoid causing irreversible damage to the contacted parts.
7. Discarding this product arbitrarily may affect the environment. Please dispose of it properlythrough recycling.
8. Open the packaging and take out the product. Excessive force during disassembly may causedamage to the product.
9. Lift the metal top cover and tear open the scent pad packaging.
10. Insert the scent pad into the bottom cover.
11. Align the metal top cover with the magnetic part of the metal bottom cover and cover itsecurely. Carefully and steadily clip the gap at the back of the product onto the fan blade of theair vent.
